Gameplay is made up of tons of mini games, all of which use a simple 3-button interface that mimics the arcade originals. The mini games encompass a wide variety of button-mashing, timing and button combination games. The games themselves can be anything from making hamburgers, throwing a pie down a church aisle to balancing a car on a floating narrow gravel road and much more. The newest title in the BISHI BASHI series, "BISHI BASHI CHANNEL" is a competitive video game made up of a variety of mini-games. The game retains the simple, signature BISHI BASHI element of hitting buttons, and adds to this a new action consisting of turning a button, for deeper gameplay than ever before. In addition, on just one cabinet, now four players can go head-to-head, or two teams of two players can battle one another, allowing groups such as families or friends to compete for supremacy. On top of this, the game now features a multi-language system* that enables players who speak other languages to enjoy the action as well. Konami Amusement will continue to offer fun and exciting experiences to an ever bigger audience through video games.

A game that features 142 mini-games that are generated at random when you choose between modes. It has an interactive difficulty system, in which the difficulty changes depending on how many games you passed/failed in a row. Because of that, the difficulty between stages becomes increasingly more challenging. Each stage ends with a "boss battle". After the game, a score table will show up, comparing your score to the target score. If it matches, or is better than the target score, you will get rise in rank, which is shown at the bottom of the screen, and will not lose a life. If it is worse, a crowd booing sound will be heard, and you will lose a life.
