Decay’s developer Shining Gate Software is a small indie studio located in Stockholm, Sweden. The studio is best known for their work with DICE and Electronic Arts on the Battlefield franchise and for their own Decay series, released on multiple platforms.

Decay is an episodic thriller/horror adventure game released on Xbox Live Indie Games. The story and atmosphere are both very dark.

The story continues in the sequel to Decay - Part 1. Decay - Part 2 is a thriller/horror adventure game with a very creepy atmosphere and challenging gameplay.

This is the last game of the Decay series. With multiple endings, it's up to the player how the story will end.
