Just as Yoda instructed Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Force, now he can instruct your children in the ways of math, music, reading, and other skills -- well, almost. Instead of the swamps of Dagobah as a setting, your kids can sit comfortably in front of the family computer as they play Star Wars: Yoda's Challenge Activity Center. Aimed at children between the ages of six and eight, the animated program features six games meant to entertain them as they learn. Each game has four difficulty levels and focuses on teaching a designated subject. In addition to Yoda, several characters from Star Wars movies help to administer the activities, most notably Jar Jar Binks, Queen Amidala, C-3PO, and the Mos Eisley cantina band.

In each puzzle, you need to get 48 droids into the portal; if you get only a few number of droids, you advance with only that number. With each puzzle you complete, you gain points. Each level you unlock, you get a humorous pit droids clip. The levels are located in Tatooine. There are many different numbers of different types of obstacles and restriction. With different types of arrows, you can also make your own puzzles. Depending on the puzzles, there are certain factors: Different tools- wrench, ladder, gas tank, cases, or nothing. Sometimes there are obstacles which give your droids tools; Different colored heads, body, or same colored head and body. Sometimes there are painting obstacles that paint the body or head; Square or Hexagonal grid; Space between droids- if you have space, you can cross droid paths, with out it, they crash when approaching each other; Crashing or Falling- when approaching the end of the stage or an obstacle of some sort, they either crash or fall. On some puzzles, they just wait. You must complete each puzzle with logic, problem solving, critical thinking, and visual thinking. Other game modes include creating a puzzle, or playing a scenario that has already been installed into the game.

Star Wars: DroidWorks is a 1998 edutainment computer game and the premiere title from LucasArts subsidiary Lucas Learning. It uses the same engine as LucasArts' previous title Star Wars: Jedi Knight. The creators aimed to create a game that would be both appealing and nonviolent. The game's original release date was moved up by months, which resulted in the development team cutting some planned game features. The game's plot involves the player saving the galaxy by manufacturing droids with specific abilities, such as the ability to see in the dark or jump, to complete missions. The educational portions of these missions teach players about concepts such as energy, force, motion, simple machines, light, and magnetism. Star Wars: DroidWorks received high praise from critics, sold well, and won numerous awards and accolades.
