Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is a 3D side-scrolling action game made for the 3DS, and was developed by the same team which created Senran Kagura Burst. New gameplay is included in the form of pair battles, which allows a second character, to which the player can give commands, to fight alongside the player's character. The playable characters in the game are customizable. Outfits, accessory size and position, and hair color can be changed to the player's liking. Augmented reality functionality was also included in the game. The playable characters could be posed against a real-life background in a variety of poses.

Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! is a rhythm cooking game available for the PlayStation Vita, in which the goal is to win a cooking competition. In the game, Master Hanzo convinces the shinobi warriors of Senran Kagura to cook for him by holding a cooking competition, with first prize being a Secret Ninja Art Scroll which grants one wish. The game consists of 10 levels, equating to 10 dishes that must be created. Every other level reveals more of the player's shinobi character's story. Tapping along with the music can create combos, and the more combos the better the food created in the game is.

Rune Factory 4 marks the return of the popular Harvest Moon spinoff that combines farming with dungeon adventuring. For the first time in the series, the player can select to play as a male or female hero, and potential suitors of either gender are also available in order to pursue love, marriage, and possibly a child. As the newly-appointed prince or princess, you can fulfill your royal duties of protecting the town from invaders, or take a more rural approach to governing by raising your own fruits and vegetables and helping townsfolk. Should some dungeon adventuring be on the days itinerary, you can select from the castles vast armament of swords, spears, and staffs along with magic for battle against dangerous foes, or even bring along a companion or friendly monster to aid you during your travels.

Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus is the third video game in the Senran Kagura series, and is the sequel to Senran Kagura Burst. The game revolves around three female ninja groups from dueling shinobi schools. The single-player mode of the game has a roster of 20 characters, 10 from the original game, and 10 new ones. The new playable characters are from the story's Gessen Girls' Private School and the Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy. The game included various weapons for the player character to use, including giant pancakes, and attacks consist of both light and heavy versions. Completing the story lines for each of the game's schools gives the player access to Homura's Crimson Squad, a group of playable characters consisting of the character Homura's team from Senran Kagura Burst.

It was adapted into a manga series, Bakumatsu Rock -howling soul-, that began on March 28, 2014 and into an anime television series, Samurai Jam -Bakumatsu Rock-, that aired on July 2, 2014 to September 17, 2014.

Valhalla Knights 3 marks the return of the gritty action RPG series, now taking full advantage of the powerful PS Vita hardware to provide intense real-time battle and smooth seven-on-seven party-based combat. After creating a main character and field-worthy party members from one of seven races such as human, elf and beast with a myriad of customizable physical traits, each character is assigned a job class from the twenty available such as fighter, mage and priest. Minna de Bokujō Monogatari was browser-based and was the only online version of the Bokujō Monogatari / Harvest Moon series. It was only available in Japanese, aside from unofficial translations in both Indonesian, under Harvest Moon: Indonesia by Prodigy Infinitech, and Thai (under Bubble Farm Online). The game was free to play, although like most other free-to-play browser games, the player had the option of spending real money for extra items/abilities. The server was shut down on October 1, 2012, making the game impossible to play.
