Strangely this game seems to have not been released in all regions of the world and a totally different Knuckles themed game was released elsewhere. The objective of the game is to catch baseballs thrown by Sonic. This is done by pressing the button at the correct time after the ball is thrown. If ten are caught the game will advance by 1 level and the speed of the game will increase.

Shadow Grinder is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2003. There is a single button on the game which allows the player to jump. The objective of the game was to grind down the rails with Shadow, avoiding gaps by pressing the jump button. No directional pad was needed as Shadow moved automatically. After clearing 15 gaps the level and speed increase. Four levels is the maximum amount of levels. If the player falls into gaps 10 times in a single level the game ends.

Tails Sky Adventure is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2005. This is one of the games that wasn't included in the US promotion. The object of the game is to shoot down enemies which come along using the turret on Tails plane, the Tornado. If 15 are destroyed the level will advance by one. If 5 ships pass by the player the game will end.

Burger Maker was a 2010 Flash game released on the McDonald's Pakistan website. The game had the player create McDonald's burgers.

The game was released alongside the game Jammin' With Mario on the McDonald's Happy Meal website. It's not currently known what the contents of the game were, however it is rumored to be a golf game. As of 2024, no gameplay footage, screenshots or any builds of the game have resurfaced online and no archives for the swf files are indexed on the Wayback Machine.

The Little Mermaid was a browser game by McDonald's that was only playable on mobile devices. The game was based on the 2023 movie of the same name and was made to promote the Happy Meal campaign based on it.

Amy & Rouge Tennis is an LCD game created for distribution in McDonald's chain of fast food restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2004. This game was also repackaged and sold under the name Amy & Rouge Volleyball, with a different background behind the LCD screen. There is a directional pad which includes left and right directions and a single button. The background seems to be that of a tennis court. The object of the game is to hit a ball back at an opponent on the end of the screen using the 1 button. If the opponent misses the ball the score tally goes up. If you miss the ball, then the opponent's score tally will go up instead.

Sonic Skateboard is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2004. This game was also released under the name Sonic the Hedgehog Extreme Boarding. There are two main buttons on the game which control left and right movement. The game is a recreation of the Sonic 2 special stage as the player moves forward avoiding obstacles. There are three lanes that can be moved to and one is always open, while others may be occupied by bombs. There are also Rings which litter the screen, which can be collected. Once the player has collected 20 rings, they will move to the next level, which will be more fast paced, and thus harder. There are four levels to complete, and when one is completed, you will see a “Thumbs Up”, as it appeared in Sonic The Hedgehog 2.

Sonic's Action Game is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2003. There is a single button on the game which allows the player to jump. This was used to jump over blocks. No directional pad was needed as Sonic moved automatically. The game stars Sonic who must run automatically through Green Hill Zone levels. The jump button is used to navigate obstacles and jump on platforms to earn points. After scoring 20 points, the speed and level both increase. There is a total of 4 levels. If the player crashes into platforms five times in a single level, the game ends.

This game was repackaged and released as Shadow Basketball. Omega is also featured on the cover. The objective of the game is to move left or right to an area where there is no defender or where a defender is in a unguarded position. When in this position press the right button to score a point. After scoring enough points the level will advance but if your player is blocked enough times the game will end.

Jammin' With Mario is a 2006 McDonald's browser game that was made as a part of the September 2006 Mario Happy Meal promotion. The game was supposedly a music game that taught the player how to play the Mario theme with their keyboard.
