After an earthquake has damaged the nuclear reactor of Spectra Island it is your task to prevent its meltdown. To do this you are in control of a robot arm with which you can grab the free-flying particles preferably before they have time to split and therefore raising the radiation level. The screen is separated into three sections from top to bottom (red, blue and yellow). Every section has an indicator at the bottom of the screen telling you where the radiation level is getting to high and therefore enabling you to decide on which section to concentrate your efforts for the moment. In later levels your have to be careful not to damage the circulation fans or you lose one robot arm. The game is over either after you have lost all your robot arms or you have cleared the ninth and final stage.

With Tapeworm, Spectravision gives a whole new meaning to the slithering slimes that people love to hate. According to the manual of the game, tapeworms live in bean patches, love to eat fruit and are preyed upon by other critters named Beeky the Bird, Spanky the Spider and Mystery Beetle. Uhhhh, right. Our hero here is Slinky, a tapeworm who's patrolling the local bean patch. In order for him to get to the fruit he loves, he has to slither around the screen eating up all the beans. He consumes them by touching a bean with his head (merely a yellow square), and by doing so, another bean appears somewhere else on the screen, and then you're off again. The more beans Slinky eats, the longer he grows. Which is a problem. As you steer the worm through the bean patch, you need to take great care not to coil him back over himself because, omnivore that he is, Slinky will eat himself. Don't tread too gingerly because while Slinky is hot after those beans, a beetle is moving across the bottom of the screen, outside the patch, bearing down on something you're supposed to believe is an apple (on later levels, different fruits take the apple's place.) Trust me when I say that it takes a great imagination to believe the block graphics resemble anything you'd find at a farmer's market. Anyway, if the beetle gets to the fruit before Slinky eats his bean, two more beans appear on the screen and Slinky has to eat them, too. Other predators include the Mystery Beetle, Beeky and Spanky. They bleep across the bean patch at random intervals. If they happen to touch Slinky's head, it's curtains for the worm. Taken as a whole, Tapeworm isn't too bad. It borrows elements from Atari's Surround and Rock-Ola's obscure Nibbler. But what where Tapeworm fails is in its presentation (i.e. - crap graphics) and unresponsive controls.

A pinball simulator, along the same lines as Atari's Midnight Magic. But this one differs in that it uses the buttons on two paddle controllers to work the flippers, giving it that real pinball feel.

A gang of gangsters has holed themselves up in an apartment building and taken some hostages. The player has to shoot the gangsters as they slowly creep up behind the windows but at the same time has to avoid shooting any hostages. After the gangsters have appeared completely behind their windows they will shoot back at the player. Therefore the player has to act quickly. The same goes for Nitro Ed who is pacing along the top of the roof and throws hand grenades which will result in instant death, no matter how many lives the players has left.

You are shown a construction for five seconds. Your task then is to build that construction from memory using bricks which the player can find on the left and right sides of the screen. You have to watch out for a dog which will run into you if you don't dodge it, as well for a kid who will steal your ladder. As your construction gets higher you will also have to watch out for bolts of lightening from a thunderstorm. If your replica is correct and you are at the top of the building a helicopter will carry you off to the next construction site.

You are in control of two space ships on opposite sides of the screen. Whenever you fire a shot, the lasers of the two ships will connect across the whole screen and destroy anything that gets caught in the crossfire - except the hostile mothership deploying new enemy fighters. Since your lasers can overheat you should only use controlled bursts of fire and since you can ran out of fuel it is imperative to shoot down the fuel pods as they appear on screen.
