Wandering Souls is a 2013 action role playing game developed by Estheone using RPG Maker VX. The player takes the role of three characters; Reimu, Marisa and Sakuya as they try to collect all wandering souls and travel to Edge of Heaven to find out who is responsible for the incident of Kekkai (barriers). The player starts with Reimu while Marisa and Sakuya will join later. Only one can fight while others act as supporting characters. Each character has a different special move, weapon and accessories; but have the same basic moves such as double jump, air dash and hyper mode. There are four barriers and each require different conditions to be unlocked. Sometimes enemies drop money and the player can use it to purchase items, weapons or accessories at Rinnosuke's shop.
