To simulate realistic police procedures, SWAT 4' encourages the use of non-lethal force to subdue and arrest subjects rather than incapacitating or killing them. In addition, players must follow strict protocol to ensure proper use of force. Players may not fire on suspects with lethal weapons unless the suspect points their firearm at a fellow officer or a civilian. Penalties are given for unauthorized use of force, injuries to hostages, officer incapacitation, and personal injury. On the higher difficulty levels, more points are required to pass the mission, with 100 being perfect. Liandri attempted to win back the champion title with Xan MK2 but failed (unknown to the other contestants, each member of the Corrupt is purely robotic, including Xan). Now it is 2302. The Tournament is undergoing a massive overhaul. The aging Sniper Rifle (a relic of centuries past) is removed from the Tournament as is "Assault" - a team-based event that forms a part of the competition. Many fans of the Tournament complain at these changes, with some combatants refusing to participate in the new format. Malcolm, shortly after his victory, hired two of his former opponents (Brock and Lauren, members of the former Iron Guard team) as teammates in his reformed Thunder Crash team. This is not a port from the console version, but a different version developed by The Fizz Factor and published by Activision. As Spider-Man you must battle out through 8 chapters of mischief and mayhem to succeed. Along the way you will encounter and have to battle old foes like Rhino, Mysterio, Puma, Doc Ock and more. The game interface consists of a simple point and click system coupled with keyboard movement. Unlike it's console counterpart there is no free swinging movement but one designed with kids in mind. Fighting consists of basic punching, kicking, jumpkicks and a power meter that let's you do a supercharged attack. 'Spidey' can also zip to walls and objects and use his web to do basic attacks on enemies.

EuroCops is a third-person shooter where the player takes a task force of three people through six European countries including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Russia. The team needs to neutralize threads and can choose between six different agencies, such as GSG-9, NOCS, Team Alfa and the SAS. The player can only control one team member at a time, but issue general commands to the other two members such as "follow" or "hold". At any time, it is possible to directly take control of any of the other team members. This is useful as every agent has access to different weaponry, but the game also encourages the player to place agents in tactical positions to provide cover fire when entering new areas. Missions consist of securing objectives and taking out the opposition. Weapons, ammo or health do not need to be collected. Each agent has a number of different weapons and can switch between them. These include handguns, shotguns, machine guns and sniper rifles. There is a zoom option, a melee attack and the agents can duck or prone when the situation requires it. A mini-map in the top right corner keeps track of enemy opposition and the location of objectives. Next to the singleplayer campaign mode, each unlocked mission becomes available in a cooperative multiplayer mode where each agent can be controlled by a different player.
