Meanwhile, as fate would have it, Conan Edogawa has been introduced to a modern folktale by Professor Agasa, on an island in the south that serves as a premiere tourist resort, inhabitants have been mysteriously disappearing for extended periods of time before suddenly returning without explanation. What's more: When they disappear, they are transported to an alternate version of that very same island. Intrigued, Conan consents to investigate the case while his companions go on a vacation at the tourist trap known as Twilight Island. As the mystery deepens and it becomes clear their two cases are more related than it first seemed, a grand case unfolds that requires the unmatched reasoning powers of both young detectives.

Sunday X Magazine: Nettou! Dream Nine is a Baseball simulator developed by Pawapuro Productions and published in 2009 by Konami for the Nintendo DS. It is a spinoff of the Power Pro-kun Pocket series made to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Weekly Shōnen Sunday and Weekly Shōnen Magazine manga magazines. Titles include H2, Touch, Strongest! Aoizaka Metropolitan High School Baseball Club", Diamond of Ace, and Cross Game. It also contains characters from other non-baseball themed manga, such as Ghost Sweeper Mikami, Ranma ½, Detective Conan, Hayate the Combat Butler, and Hajime no Ippo.

Meitantei Conan (名探偵コナン) also known as Detective Conan is an adventure game based on anime and manga with the same title. While this is not the first Meitantei Conan game to be released, it is the first of many such adventure games on consoles. The game contains two original new cases which can be played in any order and contains anime style opening movies for each of the cases. The game uses top-down perspective with artwork showing side view to achieve bird's perspective presentation. In both episodes, the player directly controls Conan which can move up, down, left, or right, and can talk to other characters or interact with current locations and on-screen objects. As the case story progresses, many puzzle oriented mini-games will also become available.

Tamagotchi iD Conan ver. is a rare, limited edition Tamagotchi iD that was given away with every subscriber issue of the Shōnen Sunday Manga Magazine, issue 3000. They have a dark blue shell and red gem. This version has characters from the Detective Conan series which players can talk to in a new destination, and Conan versions of the ID games that could be downloaded from the official website.
