Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus Akai is a Japanese Tamagotchi released in July 2005. It is a themed re-release of the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus featuring new characters, content, gameplay and a new base location, Makkakka Town. Makkakka Town is a town on the Tamagotchi Planet and the home of the Akai Tamagotchi, a unique type of Tamagotchi that emit a red glow.

The Ura Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus, also known as the Uratama is a Tamagotchi release that was released in Japan on July 22, 2006. It is a themed rerelease of the Chou Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus, featuring the Ura Tamagotchi, a subspecies of the Tamagotchi race that live in Uratama Town, a city located inside Tamagotchi Planet's mouth where it's always night. Tamagotchi iD Conan ver. is a rare, limited edition Tamagotchi iD that was given away with every subscriber issue of the Shōnen Sunday Manga Magazine, issue 3000. They have a dark blue shell and red gem. This version has characters from the Detective Conan series which players can talk to in a new destination, and Conan versions of the ID games that could be downloaded from the official website.

The Tamagotchi On is a color-screened Tamagotchi, released on November 23, 2018 in Japan, and in the USA on July 28, 2019.
