Anno 2205

The Orbital sector is the home of the Space Station, a special expandable building located in outer space. Access to both the sector and the Station is given to the player after acquiring the Orbital downloadable content. The sector is populated by Astronauts, which come from the launch facilities built in the Temperate, Arctic, and Lunar Regions. Each of these facilities will provide one of three types of astronaut which will provide the player with powerful global research effects to all sectors once their needs are satisfied, and the correct expansion structures are constructed on the orbital station.

Anno 2205: Frontiers is the final DLC to the City-Building Simulation developed by Ubisoft’s Blue Byte studio and lets players seize three new sectors - each featuring special sector projects and challenges. Also the new high-level Synthetics faction will be introduced which demands rare materials. The Frontier DLC brings back elements from previous Anno titles such as multiple smaller islands in one sector and if players wish for, they can activate military conflicts in regular sectors. It’s the ultimate challenge for all players and completes the Anno 2205 journey.

The Wildwater Bay DLC includes the sector of the same name. It was released for free to all Anno 2205 owners in January 2016. Wildwater Bay adds a new temperate Earth session to the game. This will mark the biggest session in the game so far, with a large continental area and several islands.

The Tundra is a region in Anno 2205. The Tundra region comprises a single sector called Vanha Plains, a big continental map filled up by vast rocky marshes crossed by fjords and snowy mountains. Occasionally, a small snowstorm will occur, but a few minutes later, disperses. A command aircraft is used in this sector given the lack of navigable waters. The Sector project is to drain the contaminated swamps and fix/destroy the 2-century old Eden initiative Vaults, as seen in the game's predecessor Anno 2070.
