The few remaining females are held by gangs who have taken over small pieces of the world. The main character, Griffin Spade, had his fiancee Madison taken away from Queens, New York by the U.S. Government. Griffin ends up separated from his fiancee, and New York City is destroyed. He claims a tank for his own and sets out to cross America and find her, battling gangs as he reaches his goal. After surviving the ruins of New York City, Griffin heads westward gaining recruits in the countryside, Chicago, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.

Global Assault is the sequel to the original BattleTanx. It features many new weapons, new vehicles, and new powers that were not available in the original. Global Assault now also features a destructible environment, allowing you to seize control of the environment and create ultimate destruction. Global Assault allows two players to play together in co-operative mode, or four players to go head-to-head as one of the dozens of tank gangs in all new maps and many more game modes.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a first-person shooter that serves as a reboot of the Modern Warfare sub-series.
