Atari's Blackjack employs a variant of blackjack rules that is so extremely unfavorable to the player, that it would almost certainly never be seen in a real casino because no one would play with them. Splitting pairs is not allowed, and even more substantially, draws are won by the dealer (your bet is not returned to you if you and the dealer get the same card total and neither busts). This represents over a 10% house advantage. The player uses the paddle controller to enter a bet of up to 25 chips from an initial pot of 200. An up card is then presented, and the player decides whether to "hit" (accept another card) or stand. The player breaks the bank by obtaining a score of 1,000 chips, or is "busted" upon losing everything. Due to a glitch in the program, while a player is selecting among the options of what to do with the current hand by pressing left or right with the paddle controller, the amount of the player's next bet is modified even though it is defined by a variable that will not be visible until the end of the hand, requiring the player to carefully re-enter it at the start of every hand without pressing the button carelessly or risk wagering an unintended amount.
Dr. Black Jack is a computer game featured in the Microsoft Entertainment Pack for Windows. It is based on the popular card game Blackjack (aka Pontoon, 21 etc.). The minimum bet is 10 points per deal.
TriPeaks is a patience or solitaire card game that is akin to the solitaire games Golf and Black Hole. The game uses one deck and the object is to clear three peaks made up of cards. It was created by Robert Hogue and popularized as a result of being included in Microsoft Solitaire Collection 3.
Golf, also known as One Foundation, is a patience or solitaire card game where players try to earn the lowest number of points (as in golf, the sport) over the course of nine deals (or "holes", also borrowing from golf terminology). It has a tableau of 35 face-up cards and a higher ratio of skill to luck than most other solitaire card games. It was included as part of Microsoft Entertainment Pack in 1990 for Windows PCs.
Tut's Tomb is a variation on "Pyramid", a patience or solitaire game of the Simple Addition family, where the object is to get all the cards from the pyramid to the foundation. The object of the game is to remove pairs of cards that add up to a total of 13, the equivalent of the highest valued card in the deck, from a pyramid arrangement of 28 cards. When using the standard 52-card deck, Jacks are valued at 11, Queens at 12, and Kings at 13.
Blackjack is an unlicensed game developed by Odyssey Software and published by American Video Entertainment. The game is just basic blackjack, but with some configurations such as how much money it takes to win the game, and palate-swapping the card colors.
