Catz II: Your Virtual Petz

In Ubisoft's Petz Beach and Petz Countryside, players can care for a variety of dogs and take them on exciting adventure around town in two new exciting locales. They can also adopt a cat with a unique personality and watch them interact with their dogs. Petz on Nintendo 3DS introduces two vibrant towns where players and their dogs can freely explore, complete quests, meet new villagers, and expand their community. In Petz Countryside, players exchange sandy beaches and venture inland for fields of golden wheat and lush acres of green. Petz Countryside also has 28 dog breeds, six cat breeds, more than 200 in-game collectibles, and exclusive Petz at home on land such as a lion, a tiger, and a bear. Players with both games can transfer the unique Petz and items between the different titles. Or, players can visit a friend's village with a wireless connection for the opportunity to buy and collect some of items not found in their version of the game.

In Petz Beach, players and their Petz can complete quests, meet new villagers, explore, and expand their community. Petz Beach is a beautiful ocean vista with white sands, towering palm trees, and exotic ocean-themed Petz, including dolphins, polar bears, and penguins. Along the way, youll interact with 28 breeds of dogs, 6 breeds of cats, and over 200 in-game collectibles!

Discover and hatch 40 different magical Petz – Discover and take care of 20 unique creatures with different habits and personalities in both the Sunshine Magic and Moonlight Magic games. Collect all 40! Care for your magical Petz to help them grow – Feed them, clean them, play fun games and learn their preferences to help them grow. Discover your Petz’ favorite food; one will like cotton candy, another – Tabasco sauce. Dress them up in fun costumes and accessories – Unlock tons of accessories and up to 20 different costumes. Does your pet love food? Maybe a chef costume is more suitable for their personality. How about a Princess, Pirate or Rockstar? Teach them magical powers in fun mini-games – Fantasy Petz come from a world with 4 types of powers: Flight, Ice, Fire or Speed. Play fun mini-games to guide them to shoot fire balls or ice bombs, and race through magic tunnels or fly through a magical sky Keep them secret from your parents – Teach your fantasy Petz to morph into household objects, like toaster ovens or lamps, to keep them secret from your parents.

Petz: Catz 2, known in Japan as Nyanko to Mahou no Boushi and in Europe as simply Catz, is an adventure game developed by Yuke's for the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 2 consoles, published and released by Ubisoft in 2007. It is a spiritual successor to THE DOG Island, in which the player controls a young kitten on a quest to save the world and retrieve the titular Magic Hat back from the evil wolf, Ivlet.
