SingStar Rock Ballads is a karaoke game, featuring hit rock ballad songs. The game gives points which are distributed by the purity of singing, as in how well does one manage to stay on tune. It doesn't matter if you change octaves in the middle of the song or what words are you singing in (it doesn't have a word recognition), so your singing is rated by how well you manage to hit the correct note at the correct time.
Electroplankton is an interactive music video game for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. It allows the player to interact with animated plankton and create music through one of ten different plankton themed interfaces. The first-run edition of Electroplankton in Japan came bundled with a set of blue colored ear bud headphones. The game offers two game modes: Performance and Audience. The Performance mode allows the user to interact with the plankton through use of the stylus, touchscreen, and microphone. Audience mode simply allows the user to put down the system and enjoy a continuous musical show put on by all of the plankton, although the user can interact with the plankton just like in Performance mode. Audience mode is like a demo mode in some other games.

Flow: Urban Dance Uprising is a breakdancing rhythm game that features a soundtrack of hip hop artists including 50 urban dance tracks by the likes of the Sugar Hill Gang, Kurtis Blow, and Eric B & Rakim. Gamers can compete against as many as seven other players and choose from a host of dancers that perform classic breakdance moves in one of 10 different urban settings. Flow was originally announced as a component to Eidos' Get On Da Mic (and was known as Get On Da Floor.) In 2005, it became a PS2 exclusive title, brought to market by publisher Ubisoft.
