Destruction Derby Raw is a vehicular combat game for PlayStation where players drive cars in demolition derbies and races. The main objective is to damage other vehicles or be the last one standing while avoiding getting destroyed. Players can choose from different cars, each with unique stats, and can upgrade them as they progress. The game features various modes, including free-for-all battles and racing on closed tracks, with a focus on destruction and survival.

Speed Punks is a racing video game up to two players and four with a multi-tap for PlayStation. The game involves racing around a variety of tracks while using several weapons; including items that make the racer's speed increase, missiles, and slime.

The PS1 Destruction Derby titles would put you in the seat of a high powered vehicle, in either an arena or a track, and the target was to race to the finish, while causing as much destruction to the other cars as possible. Now comes the PS2 sequel. Because this is now on the PS2, the capabilities are much higher, so now there is a vastly improved graphics engine, physics engine, and levels. There are now loads of online play modes to try, with up to 19 other racers online with you, and now, the crashes are bigger than ever.

The game distanced itself from earlier racing titles by using an overhead, instead of a first-person, perspective. Reviews have cited it as inspiration for future games such as Super Off Road, Rock n' Roll Racing, and the Mario Kart series. It has appeared in many "top games of all time" lists and is regarded as one of the best titles in the NES library.

Road Rash is a high-octane motorcycle racing game where players become bikers competing in illegal races across the U.S.A. Players must battle it out against The Grim Reaper and other competitors over a 13 race Championship, where only the most skilled racer will survive. There are 4 distinct areas within the Sunny Pines Retirement Community, each featuring it's own mini tournament in which your rank against other competitors will ensure you progress to the next stage; however finish bottom of the pile and the Reaper gets to take your soul. The final race takes place over each of the 4 areas in a straight shoot to between you and the Grim Reaper. As the game progresses the game environment becomes more and more apocalyptic as Grim's shadow slowly engulfs Sunny Pines. Look out for Grim's retinue of fiendish friends as they try and halt your progress. Demolition Derby is an arcade game, that was released by Bally Midway in 1984. Up to two or four players must take control of a car in, as the name suggests, a demolition derby - and there will also be at least two gray CPU-controlled cars in every derby.
