Deadline is one of those games you have to commit to. At first you'll die many times and end many games before you reach the next level. The object of the game is to save a number of scientists from war-torn planets. You have to scoop up the scientists from the water. While the scientist is onboard, he will show in your teleport monitors on the left and right. Your job is to blast away at the enemy and keep the scientist safe in your ship until he is teleported away. He will be able to teleport after you've defeated a certain number of ships so be aggressive. Multiple difficulty levels means more scientists to save. Star Trek: The Next Generation – Klingon Honor Guard is a first-person shooter set in the universe of Star Trek during the time of The Next Generation. The game was developed by MicroProse in 1998, using the Unreal game engine.

In the year 2010, a malicious virus has infected a virtual reality machine, the FireStarter. The intruding program has caused the computer to malfunction. The rules of the simulation have been altered in a potentially deadly manner, with the player's consciousness trapped inside. There is only one possible way to escape, by completing the game with a period of 48 virtual hours. The penalty for failing to do so is the ultimate one – real death.

As a warrior of the Dimension X you are descended on Jaraloba planet to defend it from Rigillians. The planet is divided in 25 sectors (5x5 matrix), and each of them is filled with enemy forces. Controlling a ground skimmer, you should eliminate enemies in each sector and proceed through one of eight gates in surrounding mountains to another sector. Sitting in cockpit of your skimmer, you may examine the view in first-person perspective, accelerate, decelerate your skimmer, turn left or right, and shoot the enemy vehicles. During your mission, radar helps you to detect the enemies out of your view, but fuel is exhausting, and shields are decreasing with enemy shots.
