Metroid: Genesis

One of the Federation's finest teams, comprised of a group of...misfits, to put it somewhat bluntly. This game is a spinoff akin to Shadow the Hedgehog and Luigi's Mansion, and Sonic Chronicles and Paper Mario, where the spotlight shifts to background characters, in this case a bunch of new ones, with a different RPG genre. Samus is almost nonexistent, instead the game focuses more on the biology, lore and backstory that enriches every Metroid game to date. It gives backstories and even a sense of family to once-faceless characters.

Reinterpreting the events in Metroid Prime's Sunchamber, Defend Your Flaahgra tells the tragic tale of a mutant flower's fight for survival in its own home. Using simple mouse controls, you must wield a diverse array of attacks and upgrades to resist the incoming legions of creatures and unleash the true power of the mighty Flaahgra!

Metroid Defense is a metroid themed 'Maul' Tower Defense Game. Like other tower defense games, the player builds towers to fight off hordes of enemies, but unlike most, the path is not defined - the player makes their own maze out of the towers.
