Splatoon 2 is a multiplayer third-person shooter in which players control characters known as Inklings and use colored ink to attack opponents and clear goals. Inklings can alternate between humanoid form, during which they can fire ink with their weapons, and squid form, which allows them to swim through ink of their own color in order to move quickly and replenish ink supplies.

Challenge yourself to a new single-player campaign, Side Order! As Agent 8, you wake up to discover Inkopolis Square has been drained of color and its residents have gone missing. Looming over the city is the ominous Spire of Order. Alongside a drone who claims to be Off the Hook member Pearl, Agent 8 must fight off waves of enemies in floor after floor of challenges on their way to the top of the Spire and learn its secrets. Wave 1 was released on 28 February 2023 and added Inkopolis Plaza from Splatoon as an alternate hub world accessible via the subway station found in Splatsville. From here, players have access to services as they originally appeared in Splatoon, including Ammo Knights, Cooler Heads, Jelly Fresh, Shrimp Kicks, and Spyke, although they share the same lineup as their Splatsville counterparts. Certain shops are run by new characters. Additionally, the Squid Sisters perform City of Color (2023) in concerts during the first half of Splatfests and sing Tomorrow's Nostalgia Today during the second half, both while wearing their original outfits from Splatoon. Additionally, the Great Zapfish can be seen atop Inkopolis Tower and the amiibo box retains its functionality. Other features from Splatoon 3 have also been added, such as a Grizzco Industries building and a Tableturf Battle Dojo hidden behind several buildings. The grate leading to Octo Valley is blocked off by a tire and a stack of boxes, while the arcade machine is covered up and replaced with a terminal to remotely access Hotlantis.

Chill Season 2022 is the second season for Splatoon 3. It came with the Version 2.0.0 update and began on 1 December 2022. It ends after 3 months, on 1 March 2023.

Half-Life: Uplink is a demo version of Valve's 1998 first-person shooter computer game Half-Life. Uplink features many of the common enemies, characters, and weapons from the full game, but unlike the first Half-Life demo and the Half-Life 2 demo, the location and scenario in this demonstration do not appear in Half-Life. The Uplink chapters were cut during Half-Life's development phase and roughly fit in prior to or during the Lambda Core chapter; they were, however, strongly revised for the demo release. Uplink also includes the same Hazard Course from the full release of Half-Life. It was also included on "Official PlayStation Magazine Disc 57" as a bonus unlock if you entered a cheat into the PS2 version of Half-Life and swapped the discs.
