Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion follows three high school friends; Haruka Nanami, Nemu Takanashi, and Maria Hitsugi, as they explore the Amare Est Vivere Hospital, testing a local urban legend as the streamer Nemu seeks to boost her subscriber count. Unfortunately for the three girls, the legend of “Ayame’s Mercy” is true, and they trigger a decades-old curse that sends them into a dark realm. Together they must avoid the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima and other horrors from the hospital’s dark past as they search for a way to dispel Ayame’s curse once and for all.
The oceans have been invaded by a strange type of fish. These fish are rapidly reproducing, destroying all native forms in the area. We have deployed Tethys, a robotic drone to capture and study these fish. Where did they come from? Why are they decimating our oceans? How do we stop them? Letter To A Friend is a short first-person experience by Christoph Frey about the unspeakable horror that creeps up on you at a nightly train station. Its visual references come from expressionistic silent movies and old analog recordings. The game was made in 48 hours during Asylum Jam 2015 and is a proof of concept regarding the visual aesthetics and atmosphere.
