The future of racing is here, and it's called MOTORHEAD. This game allows you to hop in one of 10 streamlined racers and test your skills on eight obstacle-filled courses that wind through urban, desert, and seaside terrain.

Speed Racer is an arcade type game that resembles the Sega Saturn's Daytona USA. The first track is identical, except for the lack of a pit lane, the Sonic sculpture in a wall and the different sponsor banners. The major difference between the two games is the performance of the car and the fact that the player can use all the gadgets of the anime Mach 5. The gadgets can be used to "shunt" other cars (even with the Cutter, the cars only bounce and there is no damage in the game), take shortcuts (by cutting trees and passing under lakes), etc. The controls are simple and the player switches over the gadgets and the camera views. The player can choose the length of the race in the menu, along basic sound options.

RPM Tuning (also known as Top Gear RPM Tuning, and Midnight Outlaw: Six Hours To Sun Up for the PC) is a racing video game released in 2004 and was developed by Babylon Software and published Wanadoo Edition. It is part of the Top Gear game series. This is the only installment in the series to not be released in Japan. North America was only able to see an Xbox release. The player assumes the role of Vincent Riker, who is trying to avoid being stopped by the police. Around 40 square miles of Los Angeles have been recreated for the game, including streets and parks. Players can customize their vehicles with up to 221,184 possibilities for mechanical parts and 1,382,976 different possibilities for the exterior; the number of accidents a vehicle sustains also affects performance. There are seven game modes, with 54 different missions in the story mode.

This third-person racing game resembles Gremlin's earlier Lotus series, in terms of its general look and feel, right down to the text font used in the game. Your task is to race through 16 countries, each of which features four races, with many real-world circuits recreated in incongruous locations (such as the Monza layout in Ayers Rock, and the old Hockenheim in Vancouver). These four-race blocks each represent their own mini-championship, in which you race against 19 cars, needing to finish in the top 10 to continue, and with the top 6 scoring points 10-6-4-3-2-1, and the respective amount of money in thousands. This can be spent on various upgrades, ranging from engine to tires (wet and dry) and from shocks (front, side and rear) to gearboxes. The ideal approach is to buy the more expensive versions ASAP, as you get no saving when upgrading. If you win the four-race championship, you get the next password. You get a set amount of nitro boost to use during each race, although bonus nitros, money and instant speed-up token appear on many tracks. Hazards such as puddles, barriers and ramps are also frequent.

XGRA: Extreme-G Racing Association is a futuristic racing video game, and the fourth in the Extreme-G series, following Extreme-G 3. This game features more tracks as well as a brand new weapon system. Gameplay is similar but slightly different to previous games in the series. XGRA features a wide range of riders, tracks and bikes that can accelerate at an incredibly rapid rate, going from 0 to 300 mph in a matter of seconds. A returning feature is the ability to break sound barrier: upon reaching 750MPH, all sound effects will cut out, except for item collection sound, other tider's taunts, weapons firing, and in-game music. XGRA allows players to race for 8 different teams, with each team's bike having their own advantages and drawbacks such as Regeneration, Handling, Speed, Acceleration and Shielding.

Jet Moto 2 is the sequel to the 1996 game Jet Moto. Gameplay in the Jet Moto series differs from traditional racing games, as players instead control hoverbikes which hover close above the ground and can be driven over both land and water. Players navigate through three Tokyo highway circuits driving one of 72 high-performance sports cars. While driving, players earn valuable points which are used to purchase upgrade parts for their vehicle. To ensure the most realistic gameplay, developers Bullet-Proof Software, enlisted the guidance of racing champion, Keiichi Tsuchiya and automotive specialist, Masaaki Bando Under their supervision, Bullet-Proof painstakingly recreated the physics and handling of each race car. The Saturn release, only released in Japan, included many more videos and starred the Drift King himself through these cutscenes.
