It is the twenty-third cartridge in Evercade's arcade line and collects eight games from the early arcade history of Japanese developer and publisher Visco Corporation, spanning shoot 'em ups, racing, and arcade curiosities originally released on arcade hardware and the NEOGEO platform. The cartridge is compatible with all Evercade hardware, including the Evercade Alpha, and with HyperMegaTech! Super Pocket handhelds. NEOGEO-based titles offer a choice between arcade and console versions, and the collection supports full dipswitch controls.
