In the Scenario Mode, the matches consist of two segments: the player will fight against a regular-sized monster as one of the Rangers, and after the defeating the monster they will battle a giant version of it. Initially, only the five original Rangers and the Megazord are available.

One change that has been made from the previous is the addition of a thunderbolt-shaped power indicator next to the life gauge that gradually fills up during the course of battle until it begins to flash; during such instances, the player can perform a super move in addition to the standard special moves. The Game Gear version's soundtrack is made up of mostly midi versions of music from the series and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Album: A Rock Adventure.

Godzilla: Kaijuu no Daishingeki is a turn based strategy game, with some arcade elements. A player can play as Godzilla or similar monsters (kaiju), like Anguirus, and Fire Rodan. Should players want to support humanity they can play as the G-Force, a human defense force. Humans have monster killing tools such as, tanks, artillery and planes. Some monsters are unplayable enemies and both sides will have the chance to fight against them. On the map, the game is a typical war strategy. The player can move units on the map, and attack enemies. Battles have their own screen and animations. The fighting is quite arcade-like and simple, functioning similarly to fighting games. When all units have used their actions points a turn ends. Godzilla: Kaijuu no Daishingeki has four maps, and an extra secret level. The title was never officially released outside of Japan, but fan translator TheMajinZenki released an unofficial English version of the game on January 2, 2019, under the name Godzilla: Monsters Attack.

Godzilla Generations: Maximum Impact is a sequel to the Dreamcast launch title Godzilla Generations. Both are based on the famous Japanese movies series around the eponymous Godzilla, a giant dinosaur-like monster. The game is a rail shooter like the famed Panzer Dragoon, where you move on a fixed path but can shoot in all directions to take down waves of approaching enemies. The game also features a dodge and a lock-on mechanic. The gameplay is divided in two kinds of levels. The first style features Godzilla rampaging through a Japanese city and taking down all kinds of military devices which try to stop him. The second kind of level is a fight between Godzilla and other giant monsters from the various films.

The Ottifants is a 2D platformer released for the Sega Genesis, Master System and Game Gear in 1993. It was only released in Europe and Brazil. The Ottifant is a creation of German comedian and actor Otto Waalkes. The name is a portmanteau of Waalkes' nickname Otti and the German word for elephant. Game description: "All is not well for Bruno, the baby Ottifant. A father captured by Aliens! Or so our Otti-infant imagines as he follows the trail of sweets that will lead him to his abducted parent. It's a trail of peril and adventure--- terrifying toys, a blood-chilling basement and an office of hi-tech horror."

The player must line up falling blocks of animals and foodstuffs. When an animal is aligned adjacent to a tile of its favoured food, the animal eats the food. Larger groups of connected food of the same type scores higher when eaten. When animals eat foodstuffs, they also make random blocks fall on the opponent's area, right after the currently falling blocks. The object of the game is to make one's opponent not be able to place more blocks.

Yulhyul Kangho is based on a Korean wuxia manhwa by Jeon Geuk-jin and Yang Jae-hyeon. In the game, the young hero Han Bi-gwang is attacked by assassins in his home and embarks on a journey to find who is responsible for the attack. On his way, he meets the young female martial artists Dam Hwa-rin, who accompanies him. The game is a series of battles with 3D characters on pre-rendered backgrounds, which are fought beat-em-up style in real time, with long comic book style conversations in between. With subsequent victories, the protagonist grows stronger and learns new fighting moves from his opponents.

In Godzilla Generations you play as either Godzilla or Mechagodzilla and have to rage havoc in the city and fend of the army before time runs out. You can unlock other monsters such as First Generation Godzilla, USA Godzilla and Minira by playing through the game. There are five cities that you can lay to ashes, all located in Japan. Each city has two stages to play through. Each monster has a range of moves which range from swiping his tail, using his claws or shooting rays from his eyes or hands. Each monster can also heal himself.
