Hybris is a vertically scrolling sci-fi shoot 'em up for the Amiga.

Close to your outpost in space a group of dormant space termites awkens and starts building a nest. You try to stop the invasion and destroy the would-be nests the termites are building. In shooting the invaders you can destroy them, however, you cannot get rid off the already placed nest blocks as easily since they have to be energized before they can be destroyed. In order to achieve this, you have to shoot a nest block while it is still being carried by the approaching termites. If you have accomplished that the already placed blocks can be shot down - at least until you hit a termite's body and the placed nest blocks will de-energized again.

Zalaga is a fixed screen shoot 'em up that is almost identical to Galaga. The player controls his space ship along the bottom of the screen and has to shoot at the aliens that move around above him.

Blast your way through 300 levels of replicating orbs that move around trying to kill you. - Use the mouse to move the player around the screen. - Shoot Up, Down, Left, and Right to attack enemies. - Gain enough points to complete each level. - Some enemies follow you and can't be shot. They also block your shots. - 20 enemy types.

A fight is like a conversation: Sometimes you listen, and sometimes you speak. And if you are prepared, when it is your turn to speak, you will know what to say.

Hyper Frenzy is a free arena-styled singleplayer 2D space shooter using top-down perspective. Fight in different modes against bots, collect various items and use one of the plenty weapons to defeat your opponents. Create your own maps and gametypes.

In this classic top-down space game from 1983, you can take on one of the most dangerous jobs in the galaxy: garbage disposal. Try to survive for as long as possible, while knocking the giant garbage pods into a black hole with your Space-Dozer.
