No Man's Sky is an action-adventure survival game set in a procedurally generated universe containing over 18 quintillion planets. Players explore star systems, gather resources, trade with alien species, and upgrade their equipment while following an overarching narrative involving a mysterious entity called the Atlas. The game is built around four pillars: exploration, survival, combat, and trading. Since its 2016 launch, it has received numerous free updates adding multiplayer, base building, fleet management, and virtual reality support.

Days Gone is an open-world action-adventure game developed by Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Released in April 2019 for PlayStation 4 and later for PC in May 2021, the game is set in a post-apocalyptic world where players control Deacon St. John, a drifter and bounty hunter navigating a landscape overrun by "Freakers," zombie-like creatures created by a global pandemic. Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world action-adventure game set in Night City, a sprawling metropolis driven by power, glamour, and body modification. Players assume the role of V, a mercenary outlaw in pursuit of a unique implant that holds the key to immortality. The game allows extensive customization of cyberware, skills, and playstyle. Choices made throughout the journey influence both the narrative and the world.

The Space Pirates, merciless agents of the evil Mother Brain, have stolen the last Metroid from a research station, and once again Mother Brain threatens the safety of the galaxy! Samus Aran must don her awesome array of high-tech weaponry to retrieve the deadly Metroid hidden deep within the cave-riddled planet Zebes. Super Metroid features excellent graphics, with a huge variety of enemies and worlds to explore. The side-view action will be familiar to many players, only now there are new weapons and items, including the Grappling Beam, which allows Samus to swing across large chasms, and the X-Ray Scope, which reveals secret passages.

Halo Infinite is a first-person shooter and the sixth mainline entry in the Halo series. The game features a semi-open world campaign set on the Forerunner ringworld Zeta Halo, where players control the supersoldier Master Chief in combat against the Banished, a mercenary faction of aliens and humans. Players traverse the environment on foot and in vehicles, capturing forward operating bases, rescuing Marines, and completing story missions that advance the narrative. Doom Eternal is a first-person shooter developed by id Software and the sequel to Doom (2016). Players control the Doom Slayer as he fights to end a demonic invasion of Earth.
