"Tetris: The Grand Master 4 - The Masters of Round" is an unreleased arcade sequel to the TGM series created by Arika. The features and content planned for this game would later be reworked as the basis for "Tetris: The Grand Master 4 - Absolute Eye," a Windows PC game set to release on Steam in early 2025. The arcade game was announced in 2009 by Arika vice president Ichiro Mihara, and unveiled at Sega's Amusement Machine Show the same year. It was exhibited again at public location tests in 2015 under a working title of "The Grand Master," omitting "Tetris" from the name due to lack of an active license. The game's initially planned arcade release was in limbo for over a decade, citing various problems reaching an agreement with publishers or The Tetris Company. Arika eventually secured a license for a home PC release after meeting a pre-condition of successful sales figures for the Switch and PlayStation 4 ports of "Tetris: The Grand Master" and "Tetris: The Absolute - The Grand Master 2 Plus."
Return of Donkey Kong is a canceled Nintendo Entertainment System game whose existence is attested in Nintendo of America publications from 1987 and 1988. It was featured as an upcoming game in the Official Nintendo Player's Guide in 1987. Not much is known about the title aside from the fact that it was considered a follow-up to Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., Donkey Kong Jr. Math and Donkey Kong 3. The two blurbs describing the game suggest that barrel-throwing would return as a mechanic, and that Donkey Kong would appear as a playable character for the first time. No images were ever shown of the game and it is not known if Return of Donkey Kong ever existed past the conceptual stage.
Toon Panic was a multiplayer brawler / arcade fighting game for Nintendo 64, in development at Bottom Up. It was meant to be similar to Power Stone or Rakugaki ShowTime, but it was later cancelled because of bankruptcy of the studio.
Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 was an unreleased Kirby game and a planned sequel to Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, and it would have have been played on the Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance at the same time. This was made possible by using the Game Boy Advance as a game controller via the link cable. As its name suggests, Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 was planned to feature the tilt controls that appeared in its predecessor. Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 was originally scheduled for a May 2002 release for Japan, but the Kirby theme was eventually scrapped. Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 was reintroduced as a game starring an ordinary marble, titled Roll-O-Rama; this version was shown at E3 2002 but was ultimately cancelled itself.
Roll-o-Rama was a retooling of Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2, without Kirby elements. It was cancelled just like its former version.
Kaboom!: The Mad Doctor’s Revenge was an unreleased sequel to the original 1981 Atari 2600 game.
