Sister Madeline traps the soon-to-be Blue Handed Child named William (whose name is confirmed in the Multiplayer Horror Game Horror Brawl), and she says that he will learn his lesson from being a bad student after spending a few days with her (note that the true chapter to this is Miracle Recipe and not the other 2), But instead, she trapped him to use him in the ritual to bring her dead daughter Elisa back to life. William later makes a recipe from various vegetables in the garden and later uses it to turn the Mutant Chickens back to normal, they later pushed the cross from the attic to Sister Madeline's room, she later cries and a demon named Nazrat who comes after hearing her cry, he later tells her to follow his rules in order to become a mother again, she has to stay in School for 40 years or else her child dies, she has to pray for him or else she will lose her sanity, and she will turn ugly (which she later became) if she is a bad mom, and she later gets pregnant by Nazrat after he pokes her belly, she later believes it is a miracle and collapses to the ground and the blue substance from the holy grail goes onto William's hands and becomes the blue hands child.
