In Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders, the player rides one of five Harley-Davidson models. The objective is to complete a series of checkpoints around Los Angeles under a time limit. The objective is similar to the later Sega arcade game, Crazy Taxi (1999).

If your buses are too dull, you can paint and decorate them with unlockable decals, ensuring that your passengers reach their destinations in the coolest way possible. The money they earn can be used to expand your shared company and thus perfect public transportation in your city.
