Balloon Fight-e is a port of Balloon Fight for the Game Boy Advance released for the e-Reader. This game is emulated from a slightly modified version of the original game, so there are very few gameplay differences. The main difference between this version and the original is the lack of multiplayer, as the option has been entirely removed, with Balloon Trip now taking the place of Game B. The other difference which is shared by virtually all NES to Game Boy Advance ports was the "squished" resolution, as the system's screen was lower resolution than the NES' output.

The aim is to guide his Elephant companion, Bonelli, through the levels, passed obstacles and traps. As he progresses, he gains more abilities by collecting power ups. Each level is timed so each action must be thought about carefully.
