Hokuto no Ken 5: Tenma Ryuusei-den Ai Zesshou is a role-playing video game produced by Toei Animation released on July 10, 1992 for the Super Famicom in Japan. It is the third and final RPG produced by Toei based on the Hokuto no Ken franchise, following Hokuto no Ken 3 and Hokuto no Ken 4, both for the Family Computer. Hokuto no Ken 5 features an original storyline, written once again by Hiroshi Toda with plot supervision by Buronson, set in an alternate universe from the original work's canon where a new hero must unite the warriors of the Hokuto, Nanto, and Gento schools to defeat a common enemy.

Hokuto no Ken 3: Shinseiki Souzou Seiken Retsuden is the third Hokuto no Ken video game developed by Shouei Systems and released by Toei Animation for the Family Computer (the Japanese version of the Nintendo Entertainment System) on October 19, 1989. Unlike the first two Hokuto no Ken video games for the platform, which were side-scrolling action games, Hokuto no Ken 3 is a role playing game which adapts the storyline of the original manga from the beginning to the Kingdom of Shura story arc. It was the first in a trilogy of RPGs based on the franchise.

Hokuto no Ken 2: Seikimatsu Kyuuseishu Densetsu is a side-scrolling action game for the Family Computer released by Toei Animation on April 17, 1987. It served as a tie-in to the anime series of the same name, being released a few days after the airing of its fifth episode. A version for the Nintendo Entertainment System was released by Taxan in North America under the title of Fist of the North Star on April 1989, making it the earliest Hokuto no Ken tie-in product released outside Japan. Before release, the NES version was shown in the Summer Consumer Electronics Show in 1988 under the title of Ken the Great Bear Fist, Toei's proposed localized title for the series. Because the game was produced at the same time as the Hokuto no Ken 2 anime series entered production, certain plot details differ from both, the manga and anime. Most notably, the renegade Gento Kō Ken masters from the anime, Taiga and Boltz, co-exists as enemy characters alongside Jakō's sons from the manga, Jask and Sheeno, while Bronza, a character exclusive to this game, serves as the General of the Red Light in place of Shoki, who filled the same role in the anime. While Shoki himself never appears in the game, his death at the hands of Sheeno is acknowledged in the official strategy guide. The game only covers the Tentei story arc, with a bonus stage featuring the Nameless Asura as a hidden final boss.

GetBackers Dakkanya: Ubawareta Mugenjou is an action RPG based on the Manga series GetBackers. You control two characters, Ben and Ginji, who possess special powers that allow them to find and to recover items, valuables, and even people who got lost. Now they are offered a huge sum of money for a recovery job they have to do for a mysterious customer from an even more mysterious Castle of Infinity. The gameplay is based on exploration of randomly generated dungeons. You search for items and also trigger important cut scenes by exploring every corner in the dungeons. The action-based combat resembles a fighting game. You can perform a variety of moves, block your opponent's attack, and switch between the characters. Attacks deplete your stamina bar, so continuously using the strongest attacks is not always the best choice. When your stamina bar is full, you can perform powerful combo attacks.

It was released on August 10, 1986 exclusively in Japan and was the first of four Hokuto no Ken video games released for the Famicom. While it features gameplay similar to Sega's earlier Mark III version of Hokuto no Ken, it is an unrelated game made by a different developer.
