Several years after the showdown with Naioro, strange news reaches the ears of Yuri Amakubo; the scientist behind the ExS-TIA system. On a remote island in the middle of nowhere was a woman who was the spitting image of her older sister Kaede, who had previously been defeated in battle. With Souma in tow, Yuri immediately sets of for this island to ascertain the truth for herself.

By chance, Marina Katsuragi crosses paths with the creature known as Aramaki and gains the ability to transform into Magical Girl Pastel Marie.
