Heart of Winter is an expansion pack to Icewind Dale, and allows your characters to continue their adventures in the snow-swept north of the Forgotten Realms campaign setting. Using Bioware’s Infinity engine and the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons rules, Black Isle Studios has expanded the northern reaches of Icewind Dale, providing a whole host of new challenges for your characters, along with new spells, items, and enemies. Although Heart of Winter is an expansion pack, be warned: The dangers you face are greater than the ones in Icewind Dale, and the threat to the whole of the Forgotten Realms is even greater. Icewind Dale II: Adventure Pack is a special gift given by the publishers of the core game Icewind Dale II. The package includes Bonus CD which contains 11 bonus items sold by two merchants. The Icewind Dale II: Adventure Pack was free of charge with a pre-order of Icewind Dale II, and afterwards it was also given away with the Collector's Edition purchase in some online stores.

The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road, known in Japan as RIZ-ZOAWD, is a role-playing video game developed by Media.Vision for the Nintendo DS. The game is an adaptation of L. Frank Baum's 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, using its characters, locations and plot. The game was originally published in Japan by D3 Publisher on December 25, 2008. Xseed Games published the game in North America on September 29, 2009.

Starting development in 2005 under the codename "Rapture", FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE was announced in 2009 for Windows and the PlayStation 3. It ran on Square Enix's Crystal Tools middleware engine, which was adjusted to suit the game's specifications. During development, the team carried over multiple aesthetic elements from FFXI while creating something that stood on its own. Due to several factors, the development was beset by problems that would later have drastic effects on the game. Attempts to bring the game to Xbox 360 consoles fell through due to disagreements with Microsoft about the use of Xbox Live. After its alpha test and a delayed beta test, the game went live on September 30, 2010, remaining active until its servers were closed on November 11, 2012. At launch, the game received a mixed to negative reaction: while the graphics and music met with general praise, other aspects were unanimously panned, including the gameplay, interface, and the general impression of the game being unfinished at launch. Critic and fan backlash caused Square Enix to pull subscription fees, indefinitely postpone the PlayStation 3 version, and eventually develop an entirely new version of the game called FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE: A REALM REBORN. The poor reception has had a serious impact on the FINAL FANTASY series, with both staff and company officials saying that the brand had been damaged.

"Sangokushi Eiketsuden" was released in 1995. This game is a simulation RPG in which players become Liu Bei and battle for the restoration of the Han Imperial court. The game progresses around the battle map. Players fulfill the victory conditions of each battle as they go from battlefield to battlefield to advance the story.

Gameplay is very close to the original gamebook with branching decisions entered by keyboard, except for combat which is handled in a real-time 2D combat interface.
