Il Maniero Spettrale

"Many brave adventurers have traveled to this manor. They never made it back. Enter the manor and rescue their souls." "Il Maniero Spettrale" was originally made for the Halloween Level Design Contest (HLDC) 2014, in which it won first place. It's a single large level with a "Metroidvania" structure, inspired by the likes of Luigi's Mansion, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Banjo-Kazooie. The goal is to find the souls of the adventurers who visited the manor, and lead them to their eternal rest. For Halloween 2018, this was updated and released as a standalone hack, in order to make it more accessible to new players. There are several small improvements and fixes over the original and some rooms have been redesigned.

A multiplayer-only ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog. Two players select a character (one being Sonic and the other being Tails) and both battle it out to try to gain as many hits on Eggman. The catch is that Eggman only gets destroyed when the timer runs down to 0 (unless it's a draw at that time, then, it will wait for another hit). The player with the most hits at the end of the timer wins. The player can also win if the other player dies before the timer runs out (if respawn mode is off).

The game features elements from the classic Mega Drive games, as well as new gimmicks. The game currently uses the MMF engine for Windows and has had three releases, with the latest revision (see Downloads) fixing some issues reported by players of the previous version. Moreover, it is Sonic Retro currently being converted to a hack for the Mega Drive by StephenUK. Super Mario World (超級馬里奧世界) is a bootleg port of the SNES launch title of the same name (Super Mario World) developed by Hummer Team and released in 1995. This is one of the more well-known examples of bootleg ports to the Famicom, as it comparatively manages to retain most of the original SNES game's elements.
