Dream RPG is a unique Yume Nikki fangame, containing dialogue and RPG-style battles. The game is divided into routes accessed through the Nexus that branch out into paths to Nightmares, the boss battles for the game.
In this game, you play as Yousotsuki, a 14-year-old boy who loves nature. But one day, a series of natural disasters struck, causing him to lose his entire family, with only him surviving. Since then, he has begun to question whether nature really loves him or not. He then decided to go to an uninhabited place and stayed there for who knows how long to find peace and quiet and be closer to nature. He had nothing to do but sleep and explore dream worlds of elements.
After the disastrous wreckage of his ship Captain Cray finds himself and his crew upon a curious island of dreams, where his crewmates are found in deep slumber. There, he realizes he can miraculously enter their dreams by resting himself... Will Captain Cray be able to rescue his crew? Or will they forever be succumbed to their nightmares?
Brain Rot Excellence is a Yume Nikki fan game mainly inspired by Broken Bottles and Space Funeral. You follow Brianna Ruth as she explores her mind while in a drug induced coma, inside her she meet Nocebo, a strangely self aware creature who latches unto her and aids her in combat. To be able to wake up from your coma you have to figure out what happened to you and hopefully regain control. The game is exploration based with a little bit of combat thrown in.
