Mitsume ga Tooru

Mitsume ga Tōru is a 2D action platformer released in 1992. It was never released outside Japan. It contains 5 levels with a boss fight at the end of each level. The main character´s weapons are the third eye that shoots bullets, boomerangs or lasers and a spear (the Red Condor) that he can materialize from the air. The game is based on the manga and anime of the same name.

Based on a TV anime series (from the grandfather of manga Osamu Tezuka), Blue Blink is a cute platformer that manages to find its place among the crowd. The game is divided up into different areas, each represented by a map screen. Within these areas, you can choose your route to the end (by exiting levels at certain points). Throughout each area you have to find a 'master key' allowing you access to the boss - this can be hard to locate at times and requires lots of shooting at blank areas of screen just in case. Control of your character is original - on each stage you have three characters which you can choose between, with the CPU controlled ones following behind you like some bizarre congo line. The characters are preset and vary from stage to stage, and each one has different attributes. For example, some have very high jumping ability, whereas others are poor at jumping but have spread-shot weapons. Once you have found the master key and reached the final level in the area, you are entered into a boss battle, where you sit astride the titular donkey and attempt to fight your way to the next area.

Batman: The Video Game, is a group of platform games developed by Sunsoft for the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy, loosely based on the 1989 film of the same name. Despite having the same title, each is actually a different game. The NES title is arguably the best known and contains five levels culminating in a final showdown with the Joker in the bell tower of Gotham Cathedral. It was received well despite changes from the movie upon which it was based. Sunsoft later released Batman: Return of the Joker as a follow-up which is not related to any movie.

Go Go Ackman 2 is an Action game, developed by Aspect and published by Banpresto, which was released in Japan in 1995. The gameplay is largely the same as the first game in the series. With the exception that Ackman can now throw enemies he picks up. Go Go Ackman was created by famous mangaka Akira Toriyama, known for his work on Dragon Ball as well as games such as Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest.

Moon Crystal is a platform action game where you control Ricky Slater on his mission to free his kidnapped father from the evil Count Crimson. The Count is forcing his father, a great scientist, to use the power of the moon crystal to turn the dead into living and rule the world.

X-Men: Gamesmaster's Legacy is an action game released in 1995 on the Game Gear. The game starts off with Cyclops and Storm as playable X-Men, although Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Bishop, Jean Grey, and Cable can be later unlocked. It is loosely based on the "Upstarts" and "X-Cutioner's Song" storylines that took place in the comics. It is the sequel to the original X-Men Game Gear game.

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Fukkatsu no Beldia is a 2D platformer bundled with the first Blu-ray volume of the second season of the KonoSuba! anime series. It features fast-paced gameplay heavily resembling the Mega Man X games.
