Clash of Ninja Revolution covers the events of the Chunin Exams arc to the end of the Search for Tsunade arc. Clash of Ninja Revolution uses the same gameplay engine as Gekitō Ninja Taisen! EX. The game utilizes the Nunchuk accessory for the Wii Remote, for basic attacks and for special attacks that require specific movements from both items. The Classic controller and GameCube controller are also compatible with the game.

NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja 3 makes leaps in the franchise with a host of “firsts” for the series. Players can now live through and be a part of all the major events that defined Story Arc 1 in Heroes History mode. Also, ninja-in-training can customize their characters with the Ultimate Jutsu which gives them that extra bit of edge during battle and allows them to earn points towards upgrading their strength, defense, chakra, agility and other special abilities. Turn playable characters into more powerful ninja of unprecedented size or summon giant creatures as allies with the new Summoning mode. In addition, NARUTO fans throughout North America can experience the game in both English and original Japanese voice over. Naruto: Ninja Council, known as Naruto: Saikyou Ninja Daikesshuu in the Japanese version, is the first instalment in the Ninja Council series. The game also features four game modes, dual screen and touch pen support, a new interchangeable attack system, and wireless play with up to four players.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes is an English-exclusive fighting game and is the first English Naruto game on the PlayStation Portable. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes is essentially a scaled down version of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 and an edited version of Narutimate Hero Portable. However, Ultimate Ninja Heroes is more of an action game whereas Narutimate Portable was more story oriented. The game also features 20 characters and several new features, such as a three-on-three fighting system, wireless two-player battles, and "hidden" team skills.
