STHS, also known as SimonT Hockey Simulator, is a realistic simulation software that gives the ability to the owner to simulate hockey games or multiple complete seasons of hockey with one or more general manager according to the preferences of the owner of the SimonT Hockey Simulator. The program is designed to meet the needs of several general managers and contains an infinite number of options to integrate a sensational realism in the simulation. The software will create a dynamic website (Hosting not included) with all imaginable statistics. The software exists since 2006. All players of a hockey league are rated according to several attributes (checking, discipline, skating, puck handling, passing, scoring, defense, leadership, etc.) and the goalies are rated according to their different attributes (size, agility, hand speed, reaction time, etc.). After importing the rating in the simulator and distributed players in their team, the general manager can manage their team by taking all decisions of a real general manager and a real coach: who plays in the professional team, who plays in the minors, who is on the top line, who is the # 1 goalie, how many minutes should the top lines played in the game, the lines strategy, etc. In the STHS, a general manager must take the same decisions that a real general manager would take in real life including managing his team finance. The managing of a team is done with a free software call STHS Client.

Sega's second attempt at hockey for the Genesis (after Mario Lemieux Hockey) offers 26 NHL teams and 650 professional players rated in 15 categories. Team rosters and the season schedule are based on the NHL's 1994-95 season. Also noteworthy is the inclusion of broadcaster Marv Albert to provide color commentary. Other features include: one-timers, line changes, adjustable penalties, fighting, speed bursts, cross-checks, instant replay, manual or automatic goalies, and complete statistical tracking saved to battery. Game modes include: Exhibition, Full Season, New Playoffs, and New Playoffs/7 Game. All modes support two players except for the full 84 game season. Special attention was given to the animation, with players having over 1,000 frames to make them look smooth on the ice.

In the spirit of the winter Olympics, Torino '06 Olympic Games lets you compete in 15 different events. The game includes such disciplines as bobsledding, figure skating, cross-country skiing, hockey, and biathlon. Up to four players can compete for Olympic glory through head-to-head or sequential gameplay.

Working in partnership with F1, for the first time ever, players will be able to get behind the wheel of a 2019 regulation car specifically designed in collaboration with F1’s technical team, headed up by Ross Brawn and Pat Symonds. The car, which will be available in Multiplayer, adheres to the 2019 regulations and comes with a range of livery designs offering players a new level of personalization. The 2019 F1 Team liveries will also feature on the car in early marketing materials, but will be replaced by the final Team cars ahead of the game's release.

Actua Golf is a golf simulation with full 3D terrain and characters. It comes with two courses to play at (country and tropical), customizable characters and multi-view shot tracking and action replays. Actua Golf uses similar game controls as older golf titles did. With a swing meter, where you have to time correctly to hit the ball right.

Virtual Pool is the definitive pool simulation game that actually teaches novice players how to play and even promises to improve the game of the pool shark. Developed by a team of physicists and professional pool players, Virtual Pool brings the game to life with the highest degree of accuracy. Balls roll, skid, collide and move on a fully rendered 3D controlled pool table that mirrors reality. Virtual Pool has revolutionary features that allow players to actually 'walk' around the table to check out their next shot, take a closer look, back away, look left or right and then line-up the shot like they would in a real game with a real table. This title also allows players to take an overhead view from above, something unavailable in a real pool game! Taking game tips from World Champion pool player "Machine Gun" Lou Butera is guaranteed to improve the player's game. "Machine Gun" Lou will teach players over 30 famous trick shots the player can practice on their computer screen and then implement on a real table.

Total Club Manager 2005 is EA's third game in the Total Club Manager series. If the usual presentation of EA Sports games was left untouched, other features were changed from the TCM 2004: The 16 player attributes ranging from -1 to 2 become 30 in a 0-99 scale, the 3D engine was retouched with new AI and presentation, and finally, if the player is tired of world class footballing, now there's the opportunity to create a new club, and bring it up from the bottom leagues.

Midway introduces hockey with its no-rules twist that is seen in NFL Blitz. Hockey may have fewer rules than football, but NHL Hitz features hard-hitting action and very simple 3-on-3 gameplay. The game has franchise modes for a created team that you can design along with championship and exhibition modes. You earn attribute points and credits that you can use to unlock items and improve your players along the way. There are several mini-games and extras hidden deep in the game for you to unlock. NHL Hitz is Midway's attempt at making the most action-packed hockey game to ever hit consoles.
