Most of the game is about exploring the castle, collecting items and using them to get forward. At the end of the game there is a maze. The game is second game of the francise, having very loose ties with the first game.

They must escape from the building, filled with stuffed endangered animals. At the beginning, player can choose to free either Skipper or Suzy and the rest of the game is played with this character. The player directs Skeeto and one of the moles, picking up objects and solving puzzles in a typical point-and-click fashion. The game also features simple battle mechanic against Mr. Shade's robotic spiders. The game still has some edutainment content, mainly about various animals and their environments.
