Super Mario Bros. Crossover is a fan-made crossover platform Flash video game launched on Newgrounds on April 27, 2010 by Exploding Rabbit. It is based mostly on the gameplay of Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. for the NES. The only major difference is the ability to control characters that debuted in other Nintendo Entertainment System games unrelated to the Mario series. The latest version available (3.1) was released on December 25, 2013.

Super Smash Flash 2 is a crossover fighting game based on Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. series. Much of the same gameplay is carried over, in which players must knock each other off-screen by accumulating damage with their attacks. Many Nintendo characters are featured alongside third-party characters such as Lloyd Irving and Black Mage, as well as anime characters such as Goku and Luffy. Up to four players can play together on the same device or online, and various single-player game modes are included.

Previously known as Sonic Boll, it is a crossover fangame where Sonic the Hedgehog and friends meet characters from the Mario franchise in the environment of Super Mario Bros. The codename “Boll” comes from an old injoke and doesn’t really stand for anything.

The game loosely follows the adventures of Ash Ketchum throughout his journey in the anime. You travel from Kanto all the way to Alola, including the Orange Islands and Battle Frontier adventure, all in the style of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen Versions. In the game you will have the chance to battle Ash's traveling companions and rivals, recreate his team, and explore the vast world of Pokémon. It includes 50+ gyms and 800+ Pokémon.

Card Sagas Wars was a PC game being developed by Ahruon and Orkimedes. The game utilizes the M.U.G.E.N engine, but unlike other MUGEN games all of the sprites are made entirely by scratch. This not only gives the game a uniform and "professional" artstyle, but it also allows for better control of balance. Development for the game started in 2005, but was halted for several years before being quietly discontinued. In June of 2018, Ahuron released a prototype of the game from 2011 that featured the four marquee characters. At least two updates featuring more characters and stages are planned for release soon after, but beyond that, the game will receive no further updates or bug fixes.

A truly expansive Mario fangame based on Super Mario 64 that combines elements between it, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy. Released in 2009 and featuring 64 Shine Sprites and another 64 Star Coins to collect, it remains the largest-scale Flash-based Mario fangame to this day.

Super Mario World (超級馬里奧世界) is a bootleg port of the SNES launch title of the same name (Super Mario World) developed by Hummer Team and released in 1995. This is one of the more well-known examples of bootleg ports to the Famicom, as it comparatively manages to retain most of the original SNES game's elements.
