The Getaway 3 was to be the third installment of Sony's The Getaway series for the PlayStation 3 console. The title was reported as canceled on 4 June 2008, In October 2009, the games were reported as not being canceled, but "on hold''.

Be a good cop or a bad cop in the streetwise action game True Crime: New York City. You can explore the authentically modeled streets of New York City as a police officer tracking down criminals and administering justice. The game features a diverse weapon set, as well as a mixed offering of fighting styles that you can use to take out those who stand in your way. In addition to combat on foot, the game features driving sequences and shootouts. Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Walken, and Mickey Rourke contribute their voice talent to the game as well.

World's Scariest Police Chases puts the player in the driver's seat of a powerful cop car with the goal of chasing down and apprehending a variety of criminals with diversely dangerous driving styles. The game offers over 50 miles of road and highway to patrol. A story mode follows the player's virtual law enforcement career and he goes up against more devious criminals and gains access to more powerful vehicles. Other modes of play allow more freeform law enforcement. When driving for law and order doesn't fit the mood, players also have the option of evading their fellow officers in the game's "Bad Boy" mode. Television host Sheriff John Bunnel adds commentary as players race toward mission goals.

True Crime: Streets of LA is a free-roaming driving and action game similar in concept to Grand Theft Auto III. The game's structure is mission-based; most of the missions are dictated by the story and initiate following a cutscene that advances it. Failing a mission still allows the player to continue playing through the chapter and undertake subsequent missions; in some cases this will lead to branching paths and optional missions. However, in order to complete the whole chapter the player must eventually succeed in all the main missions.

As Chase McCain, you'll become an expert at hand-to-hand combat, fighting your foes and wrestling them to the ground until you can slap the cuffs on 'em. Driver 2: Back on the Streets is an open-world driving and action game developed by Reflections Interactive and published by Infogrames in 2000 for the PlayStation. It is the sequel to Driver and follows undercover cop Tanner and his partner Jones as they investigate a crime syndicate. The game introduces the ability for players to exit vehicles and explore environments on foot. Missions take place across four cities: Chicago, Havana, Las Vegas, and Rio de Janeiro. Gameplay combines story-driven objectives with free-roaming exploration.

James Bond 007: From Russia with Love is a video game featuring Ian Fleming's secret agent, James Bond. The game is based on the 1957 novel and the 1963 film of the same name, albeit adding in new scenes to make the game more action-oriented, as well as changing the affiliation of the main villains. Additionally, it features many elements of earlier Bond films to recreate the feel of the era such as the jet pack from Thunderball (1965) and the Aston Martin DB5 that debuted in Goldfinger (1964). From Russia with Love is also notable in that it is the first video game to use Sean Connery's likeness as James Bond and the first to include all new voice work by the actor. From Russia with Love is the last James Bond video game EA Games marketed before they lost the rights to Activision in 2006.

In the game you take the role of Tanner, the undercover cop from previous Driver games, as he infiltrates a worldwide high-performance car theft ring. Nothing is too dangerous or too risky for Tanner, and you'll be able to hop into any car, truck, or motorcycle and cruise the streets of three re-created cities with over 156 miles of roads, from Miami, Nice, and Istanbul in over 25 storyline missions.
