Trio The Punch is a beat 'em up game where the player chooses a character from three playable characters, and fights numerous enemies across a side-scrolling game screen. Most of the levels are played scrolling to the right, but some loop around the left and right edges of the screen. Other levels allow the player to scroll upwards or downwards by jumping, while some do not contain scrolling at all. The game is completed when the player finishes all 35 levels. The player controls their character with an 8-way joystick and 3 buttons (attack, jump, and special attack). Certain enemies leave behind a heart on the screen after being defeated, and collecting the required number of these hearts for each level causes a boss to appear, who must be defeated in order to complete the level. However, bosses appear from the start in some levels, so hearts do not always need to be collected.

AirXonix is a modern 3-dimensional remake of the famous Xonix game. In the older Xonix you controlled a device, which moved over a field with several monster-balls wandering inside. The objective was to cut the balls away from as much spare field as possible. The rules of AirXonix are almost the same, except the device you control is flying in the air and everything is in full 3D! The stunning special effects are strengthened by 3D sound! Light Bringer (ライトブリンガー) , also known as Dungeon Magic, is a 1994 arcade game by Taito Corporation Japan and is also included in Taito Legends 2. Unlike most medieval/fantasy beat 'em ups, it featured an isometric viewing angle, some platforming (usually involving players stacking rocks or crates to climb on and jump to treasure chests), unusually large stylised sprites, and variable blood/gore settings. Unusually, there are two European versions of the game: one uses the title Light Bringer, and the other uses the title Dungeon Magic. While this game uses the same title as Taito's earlier NES game Dungeon Magic: Sword of the Elements, the two games are unrelated aside from their titles.

River City Girls stars Kyoko and Misako, two street-tough high-schoolers who must fight their way through the six regions of River City to rescue their kidnapped boyfriends, series mainstays Kunio and Riki. Metropolis is a game inspired by Capcom's Trojan, offering a unique twist on beat 'em ups. Players must defeat enemies using only a sword and shield. Set in a post-nuclear disaster city governed by the law of the strongest, players control Geitor, tasked with restoring peace. By leading a revolt and eliminating five nuclear tanks held by the city's evildoers, Geitor aims to establish peace in Metropolis. Opposition comes from three factions: The Warriors of Death, The Dartfire mutants, and The Girlkiller gang.

In the 80s, Taito produced a lot of popular coin-ops – mostly shoot-em-ups, puzzle and platform games. However, their beat-em-ups were not among their best. Kabuki Z is one of them. Developed by Kaneko of Gals Panic fame/infamy, it can best be described as a “hack-n-slash”. The intro sequence gives a good idea of the game’s content: a man commits seppuku, and behind him our samurai hero with his katana. The samurai chops his head off while the rice paper doors close, the resulting blood spurt splashing over them and forming the “Z” in the “Kabuki Z” title. Charming.

The player controls a young commander which uses a green armour and helmet and must defending the kingdom lands from invading enemies, following the orders and instructions given by the old king, for it you'll have to use money to making defect the enemy and recruit under your commands to form a legion of soldiers and make uses of different arms collected on the way, like bombs and arrows to defeat other enemies while you jump and dodges his attacks, always avoiding contact with any enemy for not to die and continue his legendary journey.
