Hybris is a vertically scrolling sci-fi shoot 'em up for the Amiga.

The "system" was created by an organic intelligence body many milleniums ago and began attacking the human race. The earth was thrown into turmoil with only one hope for salvation. Fighter model AFX-6502 ZANAC was perfected by the 256th Riot Fleet to ward off the enemy system. It's your job, as ZANAC, to save the human race. Using eight special weapons and secret power forces buried along the way, guide ZANAC through 12 screens of enemy creatures to victory.

Quartz is an 8-way shoot 'em up for the Amiga and Atari ST.

Basic Sega shoot-em-up in which you must guide your ship through three zones while avoiding hazards. Your only weapon are bullets as your only defense, but if you shoot the flashing red pieces on the terrain, chances are that a green ship will approach you, and if you collect this ship, your weapons will be upgraded so that you shoot a laser beam instead. Keep collecting ships and you can shoot up to three laser beams at once. At the end of each zone, you will come across a boss that takes multiple hits to kill. If you manage to conquer all three zones, you are back to where you started. The whole point of this game is to earn as many points you can without losing all of your lives.

Zalaga is a fixed screen shoot 'em up that is almost identical to Galaga. The player controls his space ship along the bottom of the screen and has to shoot at the aliens that move around above him.

Stinger is a shoot-em-up developed by Konami. It is the North American version of the sequel to Twinbee.

A.L.C.O.N (Allied League of Cosmic Nations), also known as Slap Fight, is a vertically scrolling shooter developed by Toaplan.
