It was also included in the Strangereal Edition in Europe and Oceania. It can only be purchased for physical versions of the game in Japan and Asia.

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy is a remake of Ace Combat 2. It is a flight-sim/arcade fighter combat action game. The game is typically played in a third person, behind the aircraft, or first person, inside the cockpit view.
