Battlefield 1942: Secret Weapons of WWII is an expansion pack that introduces experimental and prototype WWII weaponry to the base game. Players can use personal rocket packs, experimental tanks, and jet-powered aircraft across eight new maps, including Hitler's Eagle's Nest and a V2 rocket facility. The expansion adds an objective-based game mode to complement the series' traditional warfare gameplay.
