Burnout Paradise is an arcade racing game set in an open world called Paradise City, a departure from the fixed tracks of earlier Burnout games. Players roam the city freely and start events by pulling up to intersections, choosing their own routes to each finish line rather than following set courses. The series' emphasis on high speed and spectacular crashes returns through features such as the Showtime mode, which lets players trigger a crash sequence anywhere at any time. Completing events raises the player's driver rank and unlocks new cars, and an online system supports additional cooperative and competitive modes. It was the first Burnout game released on Windows and later received a remastered version bundling its downloadable content.

Burnout Crash! is a downloadable action driving title in the Burnout video game series. It is developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, iOS and Android via PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. In Burnout Crash!, players drive into an intersection and attempt to cause as big a pile-up as possible. Unlike previous games in the series, Burnout Crash! is played from a bird's-eye or aerial view. Points are earned for causing damage and destroying the environment and other vehicles. Leaderboards powered by EA's Autolog service enable players to compare scores with other players. The game features three game modes and six different intersections to play, as well as seven drivable vehicles, for example the Vegas Saloon. The Xbox 360 version of the game also includes a Kinect mode, allowing players to use gestures to control the game.

The Cops and Robbers Pack is a downloadable premium content pack for Burnout Paradise that introduces a new online game mode to Burnout Paradise along with police variations for 33 of Paradise Cars. The new game mode is essentially a team based one-flag capture the flag. Players choose to be on either the Cops or Robbers team. Each team tries to take the gold to their base. If a player is taken down then the player that did so automatically receives the gold. The team that brings the gold to their base wins the round. The team that delivers the most gold wins.
