The PS1 Destruction Derby titles would put you in the seat of a high powered vehicle, in either an arena or a track, and the target was to race to the finish, while causing as much destruction to the other cars as possible. Now comes the PS2 sequel. Because this is now on the PS2, the capabilities are much higher, so now there is a vastly improved graphics engine, physics engine, and levels. There are now loads of online play modes to try, with up to 19 other racers online with you, and now, the crashes are bigger than ever.

Destruction Derby Raw is a vehicular combat game for PlayStation where players drive cars in demolition derbies and races. The main objective is to damage other vehicles or be the last one standing while avoiding getting destroyed. Players can choose from different cars, each with unique stats, and can upgrade them as they progress. The game features various modes, including free-for-all battles and racing on closed tracks, with a focus on destruction and survival.

Destruction Derby 64 is a racing game that combines high-speed competition with vehicular combat. Players race through 12 tracks while attempting to wreck opponents' cars for points, balancing the need for speed with strategic demolition. Metal Slug is a 1996 run and gun arcade video game originally developed by Nazca Corporation and released by SNK for the Neo Geo MVS. It is the first installment in the eponymous series. Set in 2028, players assume the role of Peregrine Falcon Strike Force soldiers Marco Rossi and Tarma Roving on a fight against the Rebel Army led by Donald Morden and overthrow his coup d'état to prevent a New World Order.

Suikoden is a Japanese-style role-playing game with several unusual additions. There are three kinds of combat in the game, the most common one being the traditional turn-based party combat (players can have up to six people in their active party). Magic runes can be equipped on the player's characters which allow limited usage of offensive and healing spells. There are also a few army battles, where the player must control whole units of fighters, archers, magicians, etc., and one-on-one fights (duels).

Wreckfest is a racing video game developed by Bugbear Entertainment and published by THQ Nordic. It features demolition derbies and traditional races with a strong emphasis on vehicular damage and realistic physics. The game includes various modes such as career, multiplayer, and custom events. Released in 2018, Wreckfest is notable for its detailed destruction modelling and the strategic depth required in vehicle customisation and handling.

In early Japan, a man named Shiro Tokisada Amakusa preaches a heretic religion. Little does anyone know that Amakusa is really a servant of the evil Ambrosia, who took over Amakusa's body. Ambrosia wishes to shroud the world in darkness. Now, choose between 12 warriors (and 3 bonus characters) to fight for the honor of destroying Amakusa, and fulfilling a mission.

"The King of Fighters '99: Millennium Battle" is the sixth game in The King of Fighters series by SNK. Unlike in previous games of the series, there are four characters per team instead of three, with the fourth serving as a "Striker", a fighter whose function is only to enter a match, attack the opponent and leave without replacing their teammates. In total, there are seven teams, each containing four characters, four Team Edit characters and a boss.

R4: Ridge Racer Type 4 is the fourth game in the Ridge Racer series. It includes eight tracks (with reverse variants, for a total of 16 layouts) and 321 vehicles, all of which are fictional. This iteration was one of the first PlayStation titles to feature Gouraud shading on polygons, giving the game a visual depth that was previously missing. It was also the first Ridge Racer game on the system to feature two-player split-screen mode and offered two different driving models.

Deadheat Road is a classic racing game in which the player compete in a racing againts a computer player car. The races usually starts in the night and ends with the daylight. The game features different cars for the player to choose and different circuits (west and east ones). The cars can also be customized.

A neat drift-racing game ala Initial D that lets you choose among 15 cars and 5 courses. You can race against up to 5 cars in the arcade mode and there's also a story, time trial and practice mode (where you can train tricky parts of courses). Graphics and sound are passable but unremarkable (you can listen the 12 redbook tracks on your stereo) and the handling is a bit hard to get into at first as it feels a bit stiff with a digital pad. I'd recommened using the Negcon, which helps quite a bit. An obscure racing wheel, the "Cockpit Wheel" (SLHP-00024) is also supported. Sadly no multiplayer option, but all in all I'd say it's a nice little racer, albeit not quite up on par with the greats (Side by Side Special, Touge MAX G).

Fantasy-themed Pinball game, which puts the player in control of a trio of heroes out to prevent the Lord of the Underworld from taking over the world. From the same developer as the Devil's Crush port for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.

Simple 1500 Series vol. 78: The Zero Yon is a street racing game in which the player takes the role of a driver that wants to become the king of king in the street racing, and to do that he will have to compete against other drivers in the town and win the different races to get the best score and be the first one in the ranking. The player can also buy new parts for improve his car (like tires, engine, etc.).
