F-Zero: Falcon Densetsu was compatible with the e-Reader, with some of its content depending of the cards to be unlocked. Later versions of the game had some of the content added as unlockables in other ways, but some of the data, like the stages and staff ghosts, weren't included.

Berry Tree is a Pokémon e-Reader game for the Game Boy Advance. In order to play Berry Tree four different Pokemon cards must be scanned. The cards are: Nidoqueen (#22), Gligar (#59), Growlithe (#62), and Ursaring (#110). The object in Berry Tree is to shake as many berries out of the trees as possible. A set of button prompts will show up at the bottom of the screen. Afterwards the player will be given a set amount of time to copy the buttons displayed.
Dream Eater is a Pokémon game that is accessed by scanning a series of physical Aquapolis set Pokémon trading card game cards through the Game Boy Advance e-Reader. Players control a Drowzee that is trying to put a Primeape to sleep and eat its dreams. Cards need from the Aquapolis set are: Drowzee #21-a Mr. Mime #22-a Smoochum #23 Jynx #40 Hypno #69 Espeon #70 Drowzee #21-b
Sneak and Snatch is an action game developed by Nintendo and published by Wizards of the Coast for the Game Boy Advance E-Reader. Sneak and Snatch is playable by scanning five specific cards from the physical Pokémon TCG Aquapolis set. The five cards required for scanning are: Sudowoodo Weepinbell Bellsprout Pinsir Scyther
Air Hockey-e is an e-Reader video game released in 2002 by Nintendo. The game was free of charge and was available at a few retailers exclusively in America and Australia. The Australian version had more enhancements than the American one and, instead of being released at retailers, came packed in with the -e-Reader unit, meaning everyone who purchased an e-Reader in Australia also got the Air Hockey-e video game. Air Hockey-e only contained one card. Air-Hockey-e is a simple game of Air Hockey. You'll control the paddle at the bottom of the table, while the computer will control the paddle at the top. There is a line in the middle that divides the two players' sides, and each player can move their paddle anywhere except over the line. The player can execute a power shot using the A button that will cause their paddle to move faster, thus hitting the puck harder. The first player to acquire ten points will win the game.
Kirby Slide (called Kirby Puzzle on the e-Reader menu) is a simple sliding puzzle game based on the Kirby series for the e-Reader peripheral for the Game Boy Advance. It was released sometime in late 2003 in North America. As with all software released for the e-Reader, the media is a card to be swiped across the card reader
Ditto Leapfrog is a Pokemon e-Reader game for the Game Boy Advance. In order to play Ditto Leapfrog three different Pokémon e-Reader cards must be scanned. The cards required are: Ditto (#51), Granbull (#61), and Snubbull (#101). In Ditto Leapfrog a Kingler Pokémon will throw fish type Pokémon from the background to the foreground. The player must move Ditto (Who is in the foreground) left or right in order to make the fish Pokemon bounce off and into the water. Once three of the fish Pokemon have been missed the game will be over.
It is an e-Reader card that was released exclusively alongside Domo-kun no Fushigi Terebi, in the same box. When scanned, it loads the Meisou Domo minigame. This Domo-kun no Card-e card was not available in a card pack and doesn't need the main game to work.
Hamtaro-e is an e-Reader video game released in 2003, exclusively in Japan. Not much is known about the game, though it's possible that it gives the player extra features in the Game Boy Advance Hamtaro games (much like Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3-e and Animal Crossing-e).
Night Flight is a Pokémon e-Reader game for the Game Boy Advance. In order to play Night Flight, two Pokémon Skyridge e-Reader cards must be scanned. The required cards are: Zubat (#117) and Golbat (#60). In Night Flight the player controls a Zubat which must eat as much food as possible. If the player runs into a Koffing three times then the game is over. The Koffing are invisible unless the player uses Zubat's supersonic sound waves.
