F-Zero: Falcon Densetsu was compatible with the e-Reader, with some of its content depending of the cards to be unlocked. Later versions of the game had some of the content added as unlockables in other ways, but some of the data, like the stages and staff ghosts, weren't included.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a crossover fighting game for the Nintendo Switch and the fifth main entry in the series. Speed Racer is an arcade type game that resembles the Sega Saturn's Daytona USA. The first track is identical, except for the lack of a pit lane, the Sonic sculpture in a wall and the different sponsor banners. The major difference between the two games is the performance of the car and the fact that the player can use all the gadgets of the anime Mach 5. The gadgets can be used to "shunt" other cars (even with the Cutter, the cars only bounce and there is no damage in the game), take shortcuts (by cutting trees and passing under lakes), etc. The controls are simple and the player switches over the gadgets and the camera views. The player can choose the length of the race in the menu, along basic sound options.

POD is a Futuristic Racing by Ubisoft in 1997. It was designed with the Intel MMX processors in mind and was included as a box set on many computers. A retail version called pod 2.0 was also released with support for 3Dfx voodoo, S3 virge and ATI

Wangan Midnight is the first video game adaptation based on the Wangan Midnight manga. The cabinet consists of two racing units with a chair and steering wheel. Similar to the concept of the Tokyo Xtreme Racer \ Shutokō Battle series, players roam the Metropolitan Expressway in Tokyo that has been divided into eight tracks. The Story mode adapts parts of the manga as the player's character seeks out and defeats increasingly challenging opponents. The player can freely roam the expressway with a traffic density that shifts according to the time of day. When an opponent is encountered the game enters a battle mode and the cars start to race each other. Each car has a life gauge, shown as an SP meter, that is drained for the trailing car. The race is over when time runs out or when one of the cars loses all SP. The other game modes are the Time Attack mode and a Versus mode played against another player locally. The available cars are licensed from manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Nissan and Subaru.
