Fallout 76 is an online action role-playing game and the first multiplayer entry in the Fallout series. Set in 2102 in Appalachia, West Virginia, players control a resident of Vault 76 who ventures into the open world 25 years after a nuclear war. The game features exploration, questing, base building, and combat against mutated creatures and hostile factions. It can be played solo or cooperatively, with players sharing servers and engaging in trade or PvP combat.

This free update includes native applications for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, Performance mode and Quality mode settings, as well as stability improvements and fixes. Experience up to 60 FPS and increased resolutions! Fallout 4 players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will also receive a free update with stability improvements, login and quest fixes. Experience Fallout 4 on your next-generation PC with widescreen and ultra-widescreen support, as well as fixes to Creation Kit and a variety of quest updates. Players with PC versions of Fallout 4 on Steam, Microsoft Store and GOG will receive stability, mods and bug fixes. For Japanese and Chinese language players on PC, Bethesda.net login issues have been resolved, fixing access to mods. Atlantic City – America’s Playground is a free update for Fallout 76 and with it comes new questlines, open exploration of Atlantic City and a season full of adventurous rewards. America’s Playground brings you back to Atlantic City, where Mayor Tim, in charge of the local Municipal Government, asks you to deal with the Overgrown threat that is taking over the flooded city center. Don’t forget to bring your gardening shears. Meanwhile, in Appalachia, the Russo family has evicted the Mothman cultists and turned the Ingram Mansion into a swanky night club. They seem to be doing well after escaping their blood-stained past in Atlantic City, but beneath the surface of their glamorous exterior, the Russos are harboring some dark secrets, and they need your help. There’s a lot to dig into in this update, and along with new quests, we are introducing free exploration of Atlantic City! There are even new side quests that you can pick up from the ever-optimistic Jeremiah Hopkin’s bulletin board in the Whitespring Resort, so make Atlantic City your next vacation destination. No one but the burly hero--and Nurse Guinevere and Percival--could stand toe to toe with the fearsome cryptid stalking New Jersey. Except you, Vault Dweller. You, too, can don the outfit of the famed cryptid hunter and take down devils with an all-new weapon, Cremator! Once unlocked, the Cremator will be craftable and moddable at Weapon Workbenches once you hit level 30. This season, you can also unlock Adelaide, the amazing Assaultron actress who will adorn your C.A.M.P. and deign to sign autographs for all her adoring fans. You will also notice some changes to Seasons. The Scoreboard has been replaced by pages where you can see all the rewards that are available. As you complete challenges and earn S.C.O.R.E., you will rank up and unlock new pages. For each rank, you earn 25 tickets. You can then redeem those tickets for rewards on pages you have already unlocked.

Starting development in 2005 under the codename "Rapture", FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE was announced in 2009 for Windows and the PlayStation 3. It ran on Square Enix's Crystal Tools middleware engine, which was adjusted to suit the game's specifications. During development, the team carried over multiple aesthetic elements from FFXI while creating something that stood on its own. Due to several factors, the development was beset by problems that would later have drastic effects on the game. Attempts to bring the game to Xbox 360 consoles fell through due to disagreements with Microsoft about the use of Xbox Live. After its alpha test and a delayed beta test, the game went live on September 30, 2010, remaining active until its servers were closed on November 11, 2012. At launch, the game received a mixed to negative reaction: while the graphics and music met with general praise, other aspects were unanimously panned, including the gameplay, interface, and the general impression of the game being unfinished at launch. Critic and fan backlash caused Square Enix to pull subscription fees, indefinitely postpone the PlayStation 3 version, and eventually develop an entirely new version of the game called FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE: A REALM REBORN. The poor reception has had a serious impact on the FINAL FANTASY series, with both staff and company officials saying that the brand had been damaged.
