Earthblade's lush pixel art world offers seamless exploration, challenging combat, and countless mysteries to pick apart. After internal disagreements about Celeste's IP rights at the beginning of 2024, which culminated in the game's art director parting ways with Extremely OK Games, and discussions, the game was canceled internally sometime around December 2024 and publicly announced by the developer on January 22nd, 2025.
